Pass Info

• Your pass is a single wristband worn both days.
• Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
• Wristband registration required.
• One free child admission with each purchased pass. Children must be 5 or under and will receive the same level of credential as the adult purchaser.

Order Info

• There is an 8 pass limit per household.
• All sales are final.
• No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
• The name on the original order cannot be changed.
• New for 2023: Our ticketing platform is powered by AXS. Create an AXS Head In The Clouds Fan account or update your current AXS information here.
• There are minimum browser requirements to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated version.
• Do not buy passes from a 3rd party/scalper. We won’t service, authenticate or support passes purchased from a 3rd party/scalper. We do not assist in any 3rd party transactions. Receipts/Order Confirmations can be faked/forged. Don’t be fooled.

What is Klarna?

Klarna provides flexible online payment options for ticket purchasers through Klarna Financing. Payment plans allow you to purchase your ticket now, and pay for it over time. Learn more at Klarna.com

If you meet the requirements below and your cart’s eligible, you can select Klarna at checkout. To sign up, you’ll need:

• A U.S.-issued debit or credit card,
• To be 18 years of age or over,
• A SMS-capable phone number and
• A U.S. residential address.

You can opt to pay with Klarna by following these steps:

1. Add item(s) to your cart and head to the checkout. Only the total purchase amounts that qualify will be offered the option to pay using Klarna.
2. View and select your preferred Klarna payment option.
3. Select Klarna at the checkout to pay for your purchase.
4. You can manage your orders and payments in the Klarna app.

Shipping Info

• Last day to update shipping address is 6/9/23.
• There is a $15 domestic shipping fee per GA order & $25 per VIP order / add $15 per international order.
• Shipping fee is the same for wristband orders being picked up at will call.
• Orders will start to ship around the mid June to early July window. via UPS Mail Innovations.
• It may take up to 5 weeks to complete shipping orders. Please be patient.
• If you have not received your order by 7/31/23, please contact AXS order support
• Orders placed separately are shipped separately.
• The last day to place an order and have it shipped: 7/24/23 for domestic and 7/17/23 for international orders.
• A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is packed.
• UPS Mail Innovations claims that international shipping takes approximately 4-14 days from receiving a shipping notification to delivery. However, delivery times might vary by destination. Please keep this in mind when making travel plans.
• Orders will not be re-shipped or shipped twice under any circumstances. If you are unable to receive your order you will need to pick up your festival admission passes at will call.
• Original purchaser must present a valid photo ID, order confirmation and credit card used for purchase to pick up your festival admission. No alternate name pickups are allowed. No name changes. No exceptions.
• Parking passes are AXS Mobile ID digital passes that will be sent within 10 minutes after you complete your purchase and are scanned from your phone from the Head In The Clouds app or AXS App..
