  • All ages are welcome.
    • * 1999 CLUB Lounge bar access is 21+ only.
  • Children 5 & under are free (must be accompanied by a ticketed adult).
  • Show will take place rain or shine.
  • Lineup and set times are subject to change without notice.
  • There is an 8 pass limit per household.
  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
  • Our ticketing platform is powered by AXS. Create an AXS Head In The Clouds FanAccount or update your current AXS information here.
  • AXS Mobile ID digital festival passes & separately purchased general/preferred parking passes will be sent within 10 minutes after you complete your purchase.
  • Passes will be scanned from your phone on the HITC app or AXS App at the entrance gate.
  • AXS Mobile ID digital parking passes that come with VIP / 1999 Club orders are sent separately and will begin sending 72 hours or more from the festival.
  • AXS Mobile ID digital merch pick up vouchers will be sent separately and will begin sending 72 hours or more from the festival.

MANAGE YOUR PASSES / FANACCOUNT

Once you’ve purchased your passes, you can manage your order via FanAccount. To access FanAccount, login HERE.

Here, you can do things like:

  • View order details
  • View payment plan and payment schedule
  • View special offers and upgrades
  • Transfer tickets to a friend
    • You will be able to transfer individual tickets through your AXS account, closer to festival dates – instructions can be found HERE.

PAYMENT PLANS


25% DOWN PLAN (4 Equal Payments)

For a limited time, put 25% down at the time of purchase, followed by three (3) equal payments. Each subsequent payment will be charged bi-weekly until the remaining balance is paid in full. Available starting Friday, February 7 through Friday, February 28, 2025

50% DOWN PLAN (2 Equal Payments)

For a limited time, put 50% down at the time of purchase, followed by one (1) equal payment the 15th of the following month. Available starting Friday, February 7 through Saturday, March 31, 2025

PAYMENT PLAN DETAILS

  • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $200 while supplies last.
  • $20 flat fee for Payment Plan.
  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
  • You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you'll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments.
  • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
  • Payments are automated and may take up to 72 hours to process.
    • Please wait for your payment to process. If you make a manual payment during this time, the automatic payment may still process, resulting in a double charge.
  • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
  • Your order will not be eligible for the Fan to Fan Exchange until it has been paid in full.

MISSED PAYMENTS

  • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
  • If payment is not received by the 10th day after your initial due date, your order may be canceled at any time.
  • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and all money paid issued as a Head in the Clouds Credit that can be used toward future Head in the Clouds purchases.
  • Credit expires 12 months from issuance. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
